Let AVR create an unbelievably exciting and unique Virtual Reality experience for your next event! Our event coordinators will work with you to create an unforgettable experience for your customers, attendees, friends, associates, students or senior community!
By completing this form, we are better able to provide you with accurate pricing and recommendations for your event and in no way commits you to purchasing anything. Upon completion and submission of this form, you will be contacted by an AVR representative that can finalize any details and pricing for your event. At that time, you will receive an invoice and event agreement for you to complete and remit in order for your event to be confirmed. All AVR Events are held at the location the customer designates and AVR agrees to service. Locations for VR events must be indoors in a temperature controlled environment, non-residential, have access to electrical power and depending on the event may require a high speed wireless internet connection. AVR reserves the right to cancel any AVR event at any time without penalty if we believe our equipment or personnel may potentially be at risk or any event violates our terms of service. In the case of cancellation by AVR, prior to the start of the customer’s event, any payment or deposit will be refunded to customer.

Use of AVR’s VR equipment is at the customer’s and participant’s own risk.
VIRTUAL REALITY EVENT REGISTRATION INFORMATION:
If you are interested in out-of-state or larger multi-day or multi-station custom package(s), please contact us for rates and information. AVR is a division of Jade Marketing & Technology Corporation and can provide marketing and/or creative design services for any of your VR Events.
Currently, AVR services the following communities: SERVICE AREAS. If you do not live in one of the listed cities, please contact us to see if we can accommodate you. If so, additional trip or service charges may apply. For liability and safety reasons, all events must be held in commercial, non-residential locations.
A minimum of a 50% non-refundable deposit must be paid in full in order to confirm your reservation date. Any remaining payment can be made at any time but is due in full 30 days prior to any AVR event. If your event is booked within 30 days of your event date, full payment is required. Customers may reschedule an event up to 30 days prior to the start time of their event by contacting us by phone or email. For a complete list of terms and conditions, CLICK HERE.
Customer is free to cancel any event by email or in writing. AVR will deduct a 50% cancellation fee from the refunded amount and issue a refund check or credit within 7 – 10 business days.
Larger custom events may have different reservation and cancellation terms that will be provided prior to signing any event agreement.
Each Virtual Reality Event station includes an AVR Event Technician, VR hardware, software and HD monitor with rolling stand (if required). Depending on the event, additional equipment may include among other items, Racing Simulator(s), Omni Motion Platform(s) and haptic vests. We may ask that all participants sign a medical release prior to using our Virtual Reality equipment. Please do not participate if you have a medical condition that might interfere with your ability to use our equipment safely.
